I spent a literally feverish five hours finishing drawing a little book last night. I was too sick to go to classes, but I had to accomplish something. With a nineteen credit course load and a part-time job, I can't afford to take any days off.
The paper was kind of warped so this morning I ironed all of the drawings and then stuck them inside of a big book and stood on it all for good measure.
The book is called We've Changed. It might have words, it might not. We'll see. I hope to have it available for sale soon. It's going to be kind of low-tech: probably a combination of Kinkos and a silkscreened cover if I'm feeling on top of things.
I have a new restaurant job which I'm really starting to like. I still haven't put in my two-week's notice at the old place, and I already miss my old co-workers and management, but I'm sure I'll move on.
Check out the new products over at Naked & Angry! I was a little sad to see they haven't used my pattern yet, but I'm glad to see a new product line. Melamine dishes, umbrellas, leather totes and clutches? Yesss...
